Banyak cara yang dilakukan orang untuk memperindah penampilan agar selalu tampak menarik dan cantik; salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan metode ’pengisian kulit’ (dermal filler).

Dermal Filler adalah metode yang sering digunakan oleh para ahli bedah kosmetika untuk memperbaiki struktur kulit yang memiliki bekas luka, mengisi kerutan, juga kekurangan-kekurangan lain pada kulit (biasanya wajah). Bahan yang digunakan biasanya sejenis jaringan atau bahan sintetis lunak yang bisa diinjeksikan ke dalam permukaan kulit dengan menggunakan teknik khusus, sehingga tampak alami.

Diminati pria dan wanita

Berdasarkan data dari The American Society for Aesthetic Surgery, diketahui bahwa metode dermal filler ini sangat diminati banyak orang, bahkan pada tahun 2008 saja, di Amerika tercatat tidak kurang dari 58,000 tindakan, dan 1,26 juta tindakan di seluruh dunia.

Metode dermal filler yang paling banyak dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan volume dan bentuk bibir, terutama pada wanita, sehingga tampak lebih ’penuh’ dan seksi; lihat saja Kylie Jenner yang fenomenal itu. Hal ini tidaklah mengejutkan, karena secara kodrati, wanita memang selalu ingin mempertahankan kecantikannya hingga sepanjang usia, untuk ’menghentikan’ atau menunda tanda-tanda penuaan pada kulit. Namun demikian, metode dermal filler ini juga mulai diminati oleh kaum pria.

Dermal filler juga dapat diaplikasikan pada bagian tubuh yang lain, misalnya:

  • Menyamarkan garis-garis pada wajah: smile lines atau frown lines, juga kerutan pada dahi dan crow’s feet pada bagian sudut mata,
  • Mengencangkan pipi yang turun dan mengendur,
  • Menyamarkan parut bekas jerawat dan scars lainnya, serta
  • Menghilangkan tonjolan urat nadi pada permukaan kulit (misalnya di punggung tangan atau kaki)

Secara umum, hampir semua bagian tubuh bisa diperbaiki kondisinya dengan menggunakan metode dermal filler.

Selalu mengalami pengembangan

Siapa sangka bahwa ternyata teknik dermal filler ini sudah mulai dipikirkan dan dikembangkan sejak awal era 1890-an? Para dokter bedah kecantikan saat itu menemukan bahwa ternyata teknik injeksi lemak ke dalam lapisan kulit untuk memperbaharui permukaan kulit adalah hal yang mungkin untuk dilakukan. Melalui metode dermal filler, pasien mereka dapat memiliki penampilan yang lebih muda dengan memindahkan lemak yang diambil dari bagian tubuh yang lain dan dipindahkan ke bagian wajah atau lengan yang kurang mengendur.

Metode ini ternyata mendapatkan sambutan hangat, sehingga para ahli terus menerus mencoba untuk melakukan terobosan dengan menggunakan cara-cara dan bahan yang lebih canggih. Bahan dermal filler yang tersedia dan banyak digunakan oleh ahli bedah kosmetika saat ini antara lain:

  • Kolagen

Dalam perkembangan di dunia bedah kecantikan, para dokter mencoba untuk menggunakan bahan alami kolagen yang didapatkan dari kulit sapi (bovine collagen) sebagai materi derma filler. Sekalipun awalnya dianggap aman, ternyata derma filler berbahan kolagen sapi masih berpotensi menimbulkan reaksi alergi, sehingga tes alergi perlu dilakukan pada pasien yang ingin menjalani tindakan derma filler. Karenanya, para dokter kini kurang begitu banyak menggunakan bovine collagen dan menggantikannya dengan human collagen. Beberapa nama seperti Cosmoderm, Cosmoplast, Zyderm dan Zyplast merupakan beberapa produk derma filler berbasis human collagen yang masih digunakan hingga kini.

  • Hyaluronic acid

Derma filler sintetis yang mengandung hyaluronic acid saat ini merupakan produk derma filler yang paling sering digunakan. Hyaluronic acid sebenarnya dihasilkan secara alami oleh kulit, terutama pada saat usia muda. Dengan bertambahnya usia dan gaya hidup manusia, hyaluronic acid alami pada kulit menurun hingga muncul kerutan dan tanda-tanda penuaan pada kulit. Meski demikian, berkat adanya teknologi terkini dan pengembangan di laboratorium secara khusus, hyaluronic acid bisa dihasilkan dengan struktur yang sealami mungkin, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan derma filler. Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Juvederm Plus, dan Revanesse adalah beberapa produk derma filler berbahan hyaluronic acid yang ada di pasaran. Di beberapa klinik kecantikan di Jakarta, bahan ini pun digunakan sebagai filler dengan hasil yang relatif memuaskan.

  • Poly-L-lactic Acid (Sculptra)

Sculptra merupakan bahan derma filler yang berasal dari asam buah-buahan (fruit acid), yang bekerja dengan cara merangsang produksi kolagen pada permukaan kulit secara alami. Di luar negeri, bahan ini juga sering digunakan untuk metode derma filler karena cenderung aman dan lebih alami.

  • Calcium Hydroxylapatite (Radiesse)

Radiesse adalah salah satu nama produk derma filler yang mengandung calcium hyroxylapatite (CaHA). Bahan ini didapatkan dari mineral yang ada di dalam tulang. Keunggulannya adalah bisa digunakan tanpa melalui tes alergi karena reaksinya yang minimal pada kulit. Berdasarkan penelitian, diketahui bahwa Calcium Hydroxylapatite bisa bertahan lama pada kulit, bahkan hingga 18 bulan.

Ketahanan Dermal Filler

Hasil yang bisa didapatkan melalui metode dermal filler ini memang cukup menjanjikan, karena bisa langsung terlihat dan umumnya bisa bertahan antara 6 hingga 9 bulan. Bahkan dalam beberapa laporan, ada pasien yang tetap merasakan manfaatnya hingga satu tahun.

Karena berasal dari bahan alami, dermal filler secara berangsur-angsur terpecah di dalam kulit dan diserap oleh tubuh. Setelah dermal filler terserap, garis, kerutan, dan bekas luka akan kembali terlihat seperti semula.

Jangan abaikan risikonya!

Secara umum, tindakan ini tidaklah menyakitkan (namun kembali tergantung pada tingkat kepekaan kulit Anda) dan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat; sekitar 30 menit saja untuk satu bagian. Rasa kurang nyaman mungkin tetap terjadi pada tindakan yang dilakukan di sekitar bibir dan hidung yang cenderung sensitif.

    Все ингредиенты для соуса соединяем в миске и слегка взбиваем венчиком.
    Выкладываем в салатник рукколу, добавляем дольки хурмы, поливаем соусом, перемешиваем салат и посыпаем миндалем.
